Nicola is a registered clinical neuropsychologist and psychologist with wealth of clinical experience in both public health and the private sector. She is a longstanding member of the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists and has completed extensive additional training in coaching psychology, medical hypnosis, and cognitive behaviour therapy.

Nicola has completed two masters degrees and is part of the Regenerative Neurosciences Group at the Brain and Mind Institute Sydney.  She is currently completing a PhD at UNSW School of Psychiatry  examining the psychological well-being and quality of life benefits of physical exercise and cognitive training in adults at risk of dementia. 

Nicola is particularly interested in positive mental health and productive aging, combing the latest from neuro-science to psychological therapy for preventative interventions and optimal human flourishing.  She has a private practice, writes for popular media, and presents at multiple educational forums.
